As Customer & installer support you will be in a high-paced job.
Manage and solve support tickets on a daily basis
Follow-up and support customers experiencing issues with their installation
Follow-up installation partners
Participate in improvement initiatives
You are a candidate with strong personal drive, integrity and attention to detail. You have a technical degree, and preferably experience with customer support and/or technical problem solving. You thrive in a high-energy work environment. You are dedicated to quality and systematic work. You have an intuitive understanding for prioritization, and know that keeping the customer informed and satisfied is always important.
0-3 years work experience after graduation
Strong problem solving skills and known for getting things done
Fluent in Swedish, proficient in English
