Senior Product Manager:
Platform Team (Oslo)
At Otovo, we want clean and local energy in every home. As one of Europe's fastest growing greentech start-ups, we're determined to make that dream a reality.
We provide homeowners with solar panels on their roof, using software and technology to make solar energy easy, cheap, and available everywhere.
We make solar easy by providing tailored offers by visiting our website and entering their address. No need for home visits.
We make solar cheap by providing a platform where installers compete on price and quality to get assignments.
We make solar available everywhere by quickly expanding our platform to new markets all over the world.
We have come a long way since launching in 2016—you can find us in Norway, Sweden, France, Spain and Brazil and we won't stop expanding.
We need your help
Now we need you, an awesome Product Manager who is passionate about building products that users love. You will work with the business side, developers and product teams to design, build and roll out the products that make it all possible.
Our product ambition and positions
Otovo is setting out to be the number one solar energy company in Europe. We’re building a platform on which hundreds of renewable energy installers input their products, prices and coverage and where we use that information to provide Otovo-branded standout services to people who want a solar energy system in their home. Customers get the best prices from local, high-quality installers who all adhere to the Otovo product standards and create the Otovo experience.
Otovo's platform product
Otovo Installer, pricing, project algorithm, processes. On the back end of the product we maintain a large network of solar energy installers. They input their price factors from which they automatically compete for the jobs that become available every time a consumer checks her home. This installer platform is our secret sauce and unique advantage: Because of the competition on the platform we can provide great coverage, low prices and near unlimited capacity.
